So good I bought another one

I have always wanted a Toyota. Their reputation is outstanding, as everyone knows. I finally got to purchase a 2020 Corolla (I called it my Covid baby) in July of 2021. Well…at the end of September in 2023 I got into a collision with a SEMI TRUCK going about 65-70 mph. Maybe it was pure luck or maybe it was Toyota. Either way, the car did get totaled but I was safe inside and as the headline says- I got another one! Besides possibly saving my life, it’s comfy, cozy and cute 😁😁 get a Toyota- you deserve it!

1st off Tyson was great, dealing with me and my step-dad who was a bit of a thorn in their side. I live an hour away and even though he was busy when I got there he made time for us, yes we had to wait but I knew when we got there he was possibly going to be busy. I was disappointed that my car had what I call a dummy key, no fob or anything to get into it which has proved to be a pain in the butt, and the fact I only got 1 key, being a used car, I realize this can happen but I'm worried about losing it. Being a single mom buying a key with a fob and getting it coded is an extra expense I don't want to take on. When we left they were going to contact us to set up a time to get the car pre-certified so I can get the 10year 100,000 Mile warranty and we haven't heard back yet. But it hasn't been a week. All the staff was super nice and I didn't feel uncomfortable there which for me is a huge deal.

Corolla is very reliable and inexpensive car

In 1974 I went to work at a Toyota Dealership in Casper, WY. I had just went through a year of Votech on repair. Thinking back 50 years since then my first choice of dependable cars is Toyota filled by Honda then Nissan. Today I own a 2019 Corolla, 1997 Buick, 1971 Datsun 240Z, and a 1953 Chevy Pickup. I gave my 2003 Corolla to my son when I bought the 2019. Working on restoring the Z car with Rust repair. I have owned lots of different import cars in my life. The Toyota line is what I prefer to drive the 2019 I have only had to do the 5000 mile scheduled oil change and rotate tires ,as when I bought it only 6,700 miles and currently 34,000 trouble free miles. The 2003 I bought with 25,000 miles and it currently has 180,000 with scheduled oil change and rotate tires with only repairs were an alternator, wheel bearing, and cruise control part under the steering wheel. To me 150K for 03 car and 28k on the 19 Corolla is an excellent record! Oh I forgot my wife lost a key so we are down to 1 key as the frigging cost for replacement key is ridiculous!

A Dealership unlike any I have been to

I visited DARCARS Toyota complete aprehensive and extremely defensive. Expecting a deal I found to turn sour and just blow up in my face due to previous terrible experiences at other dealerships. What I found instead was an amazingly helpful, friendly, understanding, no shenanigans staff that didn't try to fast talk me and rope me into a terrible deal. Jimmy was amazingly helpful and was very patient for my early defensiveness and let me ask questions which he always answered in a way that made me feel like I was a valuable customer instead of a mark to make a quick buck off of. The contract I received had no surprises that was not brought to my attention. David helped in the end seal the deal and was patient and explained to me and helped me get the best bang for my buck. I never thought that I would find a dealership that is professional and made me feel like getting me on the road with a good deal was much more important than being sneaky and trying to weasel every penny out of my pocket. I walked out with a 2014.5 Toyota Camry and with a great deal of satisfaction. I would extremely highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

OK for an Economy Car - Terrible Human Factors

It is a Corolla so don't expect a Lexus. Many nice features like keyless operation, auto headlights and parking brake. Human Factors design is terrible. The center display has a lot of good information, but in font so small it is distracting to try and read it while driving. When you engage cruise control, a warning in small print legalese appears for several seconds, blanking out your speed and telling you not to take your eyes off the road. Of course if you want to read the warning, you cannot see the road. Other feature that is annoying is the assumption that if anything like a coat or a book are on the back seat, you must have left a small child in the car so it beeps repeatedly when you lock the car and then sends you a text that there is something in the back seat. Oil is 0W-8 so don't expect to do your own oil change as it is not generally available in stores. The ride is comfortable for an economy car and it is reasonably quiet. If you love AndroidAuto, you will like the interface, if you don't like it, well, Toyota does not give you any other option that is easy to use.There are 2 cupholders, a small glovebox, and a very small center console compartment. No other storage. No place for a small box of Kleenex, no place to store sunglasses.

Service was excellent. Called the dealership inquiring about a 2010 honda civic. The sales representative, Shane Heimberger, put me on hold to verify the car was still available and physically held the keys so it wouldn't be sold while we were on the way to view it. Car was exactly as described, and parked on the side awaiting for me to test drive. Shane, showed us the inspection information and basically told us everything that was wrong with the car. Purchased the car, and they delivered it the next day to my home over an hour away. Very pleased with the service, would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Best car for the money.

The basic Corolla is a terrific value. The 169 hp non hybrid offers plenty of power and 41 mpg highway. Narrow car fits in my old single car garage. Standard features aplenty satisfy my needs. Safety features a plus. Sportier performance than Car and Driver review gives it credit for. I suggest this lowest price Toyota model is a diamond in the rough. A lot of fun for a modest price.

the 2020crlla was not a goood car becuase it is way smalller and rbaly the msallest ear of the corllla. We bought this car brand new after owning Cadillacs and Corvettes, also bought brand new. We're in our 80's now and needed a reliable, moderately priced vehicle 6 years ago and needed dependability. After researching Toyota, we bought this 2016 Corolla and are extremely pleased we did. We have had zero problems with it, it is safe, economical & comfortable.
